Administrative Assistant

Established Oakhurst accounting firm is looking for an Administrative Assistance. Part-time/Seasonal position with opportunity for Full-time. Basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills. Must be organized and detail oriented. Competitive salary; benefits package for full time position.



Currently looking for a CPA/EA/Accountant to join our team with a minimum of 5 years tax and accounting experience. Knowledge of federal, state and local taxation for individuals, partnerships, C and S Corporations is required. Must also have comprehensive knowledge of payroll and sales tax laws and strong general accounting skills. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and work well with our team and clients, perform multiple tasks and use sound judgement in all situations. Knowledge of Lacerte, QuickBooks and general Microsoft Office Suite programs is helpful. We offer a full range of benefits and salary dependent upon qualifications.
